The use of non-woven polyester needle felt series filter needling process, and made of heat-settingand other treatment methods are widely used in industrial catch dust, soot and governance.Polyester needle felt filter permeability after heat treatment, the surface is smooth, not easily deformed, easy cleaning. Polyester needle felt filter material because of its treatment of the water and oil repellency waterproof, when used in high moisture content or soot containing small quantities of oil, can prevent the paste bags and prolong life. Coated polyester needle felt filtersurface composite layer of microporous polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film with a smooth surface,and the characteristics of the water-repellent, breathable, easy cleaning, high filtration efficiency,low running resistance, low energy consumption and long service life, to realize surface filtration.The I filter material developed by the Research and Development Center polyester needle felt theseries filter performance indicators are as follows:
I produced a new type of polyester needle felt optional 0.8-1.5D or finer fibers, has the following characteristics:
